Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company is the official coffee provider for Walt Disney World and has become an integral for many during their stay. Unless you live in Florida or order their blends online, then a trip to Walt Disney World is likely your only chance to see what the hype is all about. Each of the four Walt Disney World parks has at least one Joffrey’s location, along with more locations in Disney Springs and blends being served at the various resorts. EPCOT, however, is home to five different Joffrey’s locations for you to fuel up throughout the long day. The first you will see is technically outside the park, but only steps away from the entrance. If you don’t like waiting in long lines, then this may be the kiosk for you. Many are very excited to get into the park, and rightfully so, so they walk right past this opportunity to get some caffeine. If you can wait a couple more minutes to ride Spaceship Earth, then stop and get some coffee BEFORE entering the park to avoid the long lines. Speaking of avoiding long lines, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind provides guests with the option of a virtual queue or Lightning Lane to get their chance to ride. While these mean less time in an actual line, you may still have to wait for your time to board the coaster. Luckily, the next Joffrey’s location is a small walk away from the newest member of the EPCOT family. Kill some time by grabbing a coffee or the exclusive Guardians of the Galaxy-inspired drink, the Awesome Drink. Made with frozen lemon ice, a splash of Minute Maid Premium Lemonade, desert pear syrup, and chewy green apple jelly stars, this refreshing drink is out of this world and, of course, totally awesome. Each of the Joffrey’s locations in the park are actually offering specialty drinks for the 2022 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. This kiosk by Cosmic Rewind is serving up a combination of Joffrey’s Shakin’ Jamaican Nitro Cold Brew, Irish cream syrup, and half & half to make a drink they like to call Nitro Dreams. A spirited version is also available, which adds Angel’s Envy Bourbon. There is one other Joffrey’s location before heading into World Showcase and it is right in Showcase Plaza. The specialty drink for the festival here is the Castaway Cold Brew, which combines Joffrey’s Shakin’ Jamaican Nitro Cold Brew, sweet cream, and the optional addition of Grey Goose Vodka and Kahlúa Liqueur. If you start traveling the countries on the left side, then you may want to stop at this Joffrey’s first. The next one you see won’t be until you are halfway done with World Showcase. However, those who like to start on the right are in luck. If you are not dining at Le Cellier Steakhouse and don’t have the chance to try their unique Joffrey’s blend, then the Joffrey’s kiosk in Canada can still give you your fix with their exclusive drink for the festival, the Arctic Sunrise. These refreshing sips include passion fruit over ice and coconut syrup, with the spirited version including Bacardi Tropical Rum. If you have a sweet tooth and love chocolate, then the best was saved for last. The Joffrey’s kiosk at The American Adventure is our final stop on this Joffrey’s journey, and it is conveniently placed midway through World Showcase. This spot is perfect for those who either need a break and or that extra kick to help them finish their loop. It is also perfect for those who like to enjoy their coffee as a dessert. Joffrey’s at The American Adventure is offering a drink called Mocha Madness for the Food & Wine Festival this year. It is a sweet frozen cappuccino that is blended with chocolate syrup. If you need even more chocolate (and are over 21 years old), then you can go with the spirited version that adds Godiva Chocolate Liqueur. While there will be plenty of opportunities for you to enjoy some Joffrey’s throughout your Walt Disney World stay, all the kiosks in EPCOT are currently adding a new meaning to drinking around the world. They all offer some great options not only for the Food & Wine Festival, but also year-round. I have one last surprise for everyone who likes the sound of The American Adventure’s Mocha Madness. Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe over in Norway offers a frozen coffee with coffee-chocolate sauce that is garnished with coffee-chocolate crunch. It is called the Kristoff Kaffe and while it may not be from Joffrey’s, chocolate is still chocolate…and it is delicious.
